Our Vegetarian pickles are made in season, when the main ingredients are available for instance, Mangoes used for pickles are available only in the summer, so our Mango pickles are made in summer. As we use the fresh & best quality mangoes, ingredients and oil, our pickles have much longer shelf life compared to others. Normally we say shelf life is one year. But we in our own home use it more than 2 years for some.
